The Royals Business Park is a joint venture between Development Securities PLC and London Development Agency. We are also pleased to welcome Standard Life Investments as a partner for the construction of Building 1000.

Running this instruction are Simon Hesketh at Development Securities and Gareth Blacker at the London Development Agency. Ron Urquhart has joined us for the development of Building 1000, and hopefully, will stay with us for the rest of the scheme!

The London Development Agency

Phase 1 (comprising the 237,000 sq ft Building 1000) is a joint venture with Standard Life Investments, one of the UK's largest Property Fund managers and developers.
